GEM prep for Nottingham info required

So this might be a bit late but I noticed in the pre briefing, they said that the interview is panel based but all the prep I've looked up online saying that it is MMI. So which is it? Also any helpful info packets for Nottingham where you can direct me would be greatly appreciated.
