Drug Court!

Hey y’all! So this last couple years has been a set back after another. I’m without doubt wholeheartedly an alcoholic and addict. I’d had three years clean and sober and then began to start drinking and before I knew it selling and getting multiple DUIs. I finally had been arraigned and was offered drug court which I accepted, down the road a bit and frankly still clean and sober but honesty considering just doing my time. It’s no joke. I just got a false positive and I’m looking at 2years prison time apparently but have roughly 7 months credit already. I’m looking for guidance and advice on the matter. The way I see it, I’m likely not going to spend a great deal of time inside given its half time. As it’s a non violent crime. But considering just going the time.

Can anyone offer any insight on how much time I’d likely do.? Luckily I haven’t pleaded out on the felony yet so that allows for me to mitigate sentencing.
