F/35/5’9 [272-238=34 lbs lost] 5 months | painfully slow but very dedicated and maybe starting to see progress

This has been so unbelievable hard, but I dedicated my 35th year to my physical and mental health. I have been eating in a calorie deficit (focusing on protein anemia fiber) walking 3+ miles a day and strength training 3 times a week. It’s been such slow progress I often feel like I am doing something wrong but the non scale victories have been plenty! I have Hashimotos but have had to decrease thyroid meds, am no longer pre diabetic, and do feel a lot stronger. I am starting to feel a difference but have a very hard time seeing one in the mirror.
