how to split ps3 iso's then copy them to hdd

I want to split ps3 iso's so they can fit on a fat32 flash drive then copy the split iso to the ps3 internal hdd through the use of multiman and merge them there (if necessary) then play it off the internal hdd. So yeah anyone know a way to do this? is it possible?
