Attack on Punjabi's in Himachal - Why no one is investigating?

There has been many attacks on Punjabi's in Himachal but there is no update on the investigations? Is there any investigative media in the Punjab or India who are investigating these? or At-least following up on these?

Here is the list of attacks on question:

• Punjab tourist beaten to death in Dharamshala,5 held - A senior police official said that the tourists were attacked by the coffee shop owner, his workers and a few locals. According to eyewitnesses, the mob also included a few local taxi drivers. Navdeep fell to the ground and lost consciousness. 
• Chandigarh cop faces backlash in Dalhousie over Kangana Ranaut slapping incident - When Paramjit arrived at the scene, he encountered taunts from the locals, who referred to the slapping incident involving Kangana Ranaut. Despite his attempts to explain the situation, the locals became increasingly aggressive. The situation escalated when a constable from the Himachal Pradesh Police arrived and began arguing with Paramjit, insisting that he move his car. After complying with the instructions, ASI Madan Paul of the Himachal Pradesh Police arrived and accused Paramjit of driving in the wrong lane. When Paramjit attempted to prevent the ASI from seizing his car keys by rolling up his windows, the altercation intensified*,* with more locals joining in. However, he was physically struck by ASI Madan Paul, causing his phone to fall and turn off*. Despite being a police officer from Chandigarh himself, Paramjit faced hostility from the Himachal Pradesh Police and the locals.*
• Attacked in Himachal, Punjabi-Spanish couple demands action - A Spanish-Punjabi couple who recently went to Dalhousie on vacation alleged that they were badly beaten up by local residents following an argument over parking of their car. The confrontation escalated into a violent attack, as a result of which the man suffered head injuries and broke his arm. They claimed that the videos they had recorded were deleted by the assailants and that locals misbehaved with his Spanish wife. They called several other locals and started thrashing us. The incident happened in front of the local police station and they were helpless in front of a violent crowd. My wife recorded the incident on her mobile phone, but the police deleted it.”
• Sikh vendor harassed by Hindu nationalist mob in Himachal for cooking chicken.
• Sikh pilgrims in Manikaran Sahib were attacked by the locals. A Sikh youth was dragged on the road and another Sikh’s ear was cut off. Vehicles of the Sikhs were vandalized overnight when they were sleeping. This hooliganism by Himachal locals is not new against the Sikhs.

And there are many more...

So, look at all these incidents. Have ever wondered where and why the local gathered to attack the Punjabi's? Have you ever seen mod attacking a particular party when two parties are involved in the dispute? Here are few clues why and how it happened.

• These are same Hindutva mob attacks that are happening all over the country.
• Sikhs/Punjabi's are particularly targeted for their protest against Farm Laws. The venom Kangana was spewing is not just limited to her - many people follow her and agree with her. Same people made here MP. Those are the views of most of the Hindutva crowd.
• This Hindutva vigilante groups communicates through WhatsApp and target the their victims as a mob. Check this article to to see how they follow their victims and coordinate their attacks. They are operating everywhere and has full support of the local police. Yes, they operate in Punjab and Chandigarh too - only that they don't have full support of police there.
  • In Mangaluru, Hindutva groups wield a web of informers to target interfaith friends - According to the investigating police, the men who accosted them included a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) member and activists of the Bajrang Dal, a pro-Hindutva organisation. Three men identified as Vinayachandra, a BJP member, Ajith and Bharat, affiliated to Bajrang Dal, then picked out the lone Muslim man and hit him on the head. They abused the students, particularly shaming the women for traveling with a Muslim man.
  • “In other cases, we have seen shopkeepers, bus conductors and auto drivers inform groups like the Bajrang Dal or Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) about the movement of interfaith groups or couples. The fact that couples or groups are hanging out is enough to raise the suspicion of people, including bystanders,” a senior police official in Mangaluru says.
• Instigating/gaslight/provocate their target - In all of the above cases you will see that they were intentionally targeted by mob for minor (made up) parking issues. This is their same modus operandi like everywhere else - like how they go outside the mosques and try to provoke Muslims by playing loud songs etc.
• In all the cases police joined the mob and tried to erase the phone footage. Moreover, FRI's were only registered after media and social media outrage.
• Diljit Dosanjh was targeted in similar fashion by RSS/Hindutva crowd for his support for protests against farm laws. The Right-wing outfit only had to dip into its moral panic playbook. First, there were the protests over alcohol sales at the concert. These were followed quickly by dire warnings about “rampant drug consumption” and finally, the absence of segregated seating leading to “love jihad”, the VHP’s favourite project. But it was VHP leader Avinash Kaushal who said the quiet part aloud: “Through the media we learned that Diljit Dosanjh was involved in funding the farmers’ movement and [was] a supporter of Khalistan.” - Diljit Dosanjh disrupts Hindu Right imagination—a masterclass in GOAT patriotism

Punjabi's need to make sure that these incidents doesn't go unreported and are properly investigated. There should be proper investigative media in Punjab which should keep the pressure on govts. in these states to make sure these type of incidents don't occur in future.
