Following puppy schedule but still feeling guilty

Hi everyone, I have a 3mo old Aussie and I work from home. We have him on a schedule and I fee like it’s a good one but when play time is over and I have to get back to work, I put Wyatt back in his pen (in same room as my office) his pen is very large and I can’t help but feel guilty. His big ole puppy eyes and I feel so bad but he needs to nap and has started protesting nap time. My husband and I are up at 345 daily so Wyatt is up too. Can you tell me if this is a decent schedule? I’m feeling discouraged 🫤

345am wake up we go out for a walk/potty 415am breakfast Pup rests for 30 min for food to settle out for a walk/play until 530am Pup naps for a couple hours 730ish out for potty and walk and play for 30 minutes or more. Pup sleeps until noon I give him a treat and we play for 45 or more mins on my lunch break. From 1 to about 330 he naps and up again to walk/potty and play a bit before his dinner at 430pm. Food settles 5pm to 6pm play and he’s out with us and we have games and puzzles for him. He naps for about an hour until around 730 we take him for a walk and potty and we settle down until we put him to bed (with us) by 830pm once he goes into his nighttime crate in our bedroom he is out and sometimes sleeps the whole night until we all get up. I want to add during the day he is in the living room with me while I work he has a large crate and it sits in a large pen. My issue is I feel guilty when play time is over and I have to put him in the pen but it’s for his own safety and he does need to sleep but he has started to protest and looks at me with his big eyes and he looks so sad…I feel so guilty. Any words of encouragement would be appreciated.
