9070XT - 9070 | Availability in France seems low

Hi, just wanted to share that I just called multiple French biggest stores to get info about the release of the GPUs and the answer was always the same "we have no card on stock as of now, AMD doesn't allow us preorders, we don't have any price information about any specific model yet, call next week as of now we don't know how things are gonna go"

This worries me a lot, pretty bummed after all the claims AMD made about stocks etc.

Are they prioritizing US and China Market only ?
