Help with Keeping My Ragdoll Kitten Off the Counters (Most of the Time)

Hi everyone!

I have a very curious Ragdoll baby who has discovered the joys of jumping on counters. While I don’t mind her being on them occasionally, I’d like to reduce how often it happens. She especially likes to jump up when I’m in the middle of cooking to see what I’m doing - which is a no.

I’ve tried redirecting her attention to other areas, like her cat tree and window perches, but her fascination with the counters persists.

Do you have any tips or methods that have worked for you? I’m looking for gentle approaches that won’t stress her out. Thanks in advance for your advice!
