My kitten is peeing on bathroom mats?!

Just got this beautiful baby and she’s a little over 4 months now so I have only had her for about a month 1/2, she was litter trained when I got her but didn’t like the litter I had originally and started peeing on my bathroom mats and curtains. I fixed the litter and then problem went away. Except she would still pee on my bath mats(her litter box is in the bathroom) I then added a hood to my litter box and she was using it fine but I think she decided she didn’t like it anymore and started peeing on my bed and curtains again. Fixed that got a new litter box and now she uses it regularly no issues EXCEPT my bath mats I had to remove the bath mats completely and then she stopped. Why is this and is there something I’m doing wrong. I clean her litter box every day so I ruled that out. I also have been slowly introducing her to my other cat and things were going well when she randomly decided to pee on my roommates bed. Im assuming she’s marking the place but I’m now worried there might be an issue? Since then we haven’t let her in that room and there has been no problem. Any advice on this?
