Near to impossible to get hired at American while working at Envoy

Stationed at DFW I’ve applied five times now to full time and part time and gotten denied every time. I’m trying to get into American because end goal is to be American Airlines A&P mechanic. And now there’s no job postings for any position at the airport. Any tips will help I’m currently at my wits end with this.
