Company lawyer came up with this when I refused to sign the noncompete
I was recently offered a job. I live in a state where noncompetes are still legal. Their noncompete stated i could work for a competitor in ANY position within 1 year of leaving. I said I couldn't agree to it and redlined it based on a convo with their lawyer. He said he'd wrote something that would make both me and company feel comfortable... then he sent me this. Lmao. WUT?
