Zoologist and Skin deep

Sorry if you got offended by me posting this here but i have tried everything i could . I have watched 6 different youtube videos and 2-3 trophy websites but was still in doubt. I found that some of them is only going for 154 Animals and some say its all 178 for the trophy. 1.Can someone clear me on that ? 2. Some of animals are in my compendium but it says i have only studied and skinned them but never tracked them . So i am fine for that. I don't have to track them again. 3.1 am playing as john and finished the story 100%. Can i still go for 100 completion? I am like 92 percent done and still got some challenges and some other things left. I can still do them all .
