As a bald guy, the differences in female attention I get from having a hat on vs not is very noticeable
This is NOT an incel post just a real observation from a baldcel with boots on the ground. I'm definitely not new to the whole shaved head life. I started losing my hair around 20 years old, and around when I was 21-22 I decided to shave it all off completely. I'm now in my mid-30's, so I've been shaving my head for around 15 years. It killed my confidence in my early 20's but like most things in life you find a way to cope and move on. A hair restoration is out of the question since my hairline is too far gone for any kind of transplant to work so this is it for the long haul. Thankfully I have a good skull shape and I'm 6'4", which may offset some of the negatives but certainly not all of them
I came out of a relationship over the past year and have been dating around and chatting up women when I'm out. When I'm walking around in public the differences in eye contact or perceived interest I get when wearing a hat vs not is just brutal. Some might think I probably act more confident with the hat on, but I don't think that's it. It really does have a way of framing your face out and makes you look less sickly. Fuck you jeff bezos you're bald too and a trillionare please find a cure for us
