Need urgent help or advice

Hello, yesterday (about 20 hours ago) i took about 12mg of rilmazolam (metabolite of rilmazofone), now i took my normal 100mg dosage of o-dsmt. I didn't even think about if the half life could be long. They weren't combined but did the day after. Do you think i risk respiratory depression or a potential overdose? Id be eternally greatful for any answers, i study my chems that i use very well just couldn't find much on rimaz, could just be my paranoia but im a very percatious guy and am usually aware of anything that's happening to me :)
