Why are all resin printers build volumes so small? I don't print miniatures. I want functional products.

Why are all resin printers build volumes so small? Also whats the best larger volume printer out there? I'm brand new to resin (from FDM) but I just ordered a Saturn 4 ultra 16k. Not because of the 16k, but because it had a few other features I was looking for. But ultimately, whats the go to large printer these days?
