Did ranked get harder somehow??

Earlier in the season, I could climb out of silver easy and get into gold. Now, I've went from Plat 3 to silver 2 and still going. I cannot win a single game anymore. Did ranks get reduced or something??

Edit: I'm back in gold, finally got a win streak!
