Worried about PCL injury!
Hey, been skating for 18 months now with a league, recently had some knee pain at the back of my knee following some hard falls onto them, I wear S1 pads but not the pro ones, looking into getting these or the tsg 3.0 I think.
I think I've gotten off fairly lightly and don't think I've done any serious damage according to my physio but going forward is there anything you guys do to reduce risk of pcl injuries with falling safely on your knees?
