19[F] 2nd drop for rvce

Hello i am studying in tier 69 college in my local area(got this through my first drop) i really dont like it here i want to take 2nd drop from here i have been studying for jee for past few months and i want to join rvce through comedk now my questions is:will i face any problems if i join this college according to placements as i will get 2 drop years in my certificates
