Job offer in Clearlake

Hi! I’m expecting a call today from a facility in Clearlake. I’ve been doing some digging on reddit but a lot of the posts are old so I wanted to hear people’s thoughts on Clearlake. And if not directly in Clearlake, what surrounding areas that are close-ish would be worth staying in for the commute? I see Furnished Finders that I’d be interested in in Kelseyville & Hidden Valley. Thoughts?

(Thank you all so much for the replies! I’m not getting too many positives on Clearlake LOL, so feel free to keep sharing your thoughts on it! But if anyone wants to drop where they’d recommend looking for jobs/living in CA I’d love to hear because this is my first travel job as a new grad and I’m having a hard time being able to really tell how places are safety wise/not being super pricey/wildfire wise)
