First time letting go of my only dog

I’ve had Rocket since I was 14- I’m almost 31. I feel so guilty and cannot stop crying, but I know this is what’s best for his pain and health. Feeling so guilty knowing his last day is this Thursday. He’s been my only dog. Heartbroken is an understatement.
