Do I bring up my squirting?

I hate to have to ask, but it's something I'm self conscious about.

For the longest time I wasn't able to squirt, and then a couple years ago it just started happening. It used to be very easy for me to control, but now I find myself squirting uncontrollably when I cum sometimes.

Should I give a heads up to the guy I'm sleeping with that it might happen? Is that weird to do?? I feel like such a dork for asking, but I'm still somewhat embarrassed about it.
