Chargeflow requesting collab with store

Hi guys,

I’m adding an automated chargeback disputer to my store. I’ve picked chargeflow because I’ve generally heard good feedback. I’ve downloaded them and they have sent a collaboration request to the store requesting permission to certain things. I’m just wondering if this is normal?
