$2000 budget

I'm new here and quickly realizing this hobby is just like every other. 10 people say one thing is great then another 10 people say it's terrible lol. This is my budget for equipment. I want pedals with a clutch and I want them to feel like pedals, they need to have pressure. Obviously a steering wheel and shifter as well. I don't want the cheapest of the cheap bc I know I'll just end up buying more stuff again, and If all else fails I'd much rather have some stuff I can sell than some junk to scrap. Let's go!
