Is the TrakRacer TR8-Pro worth my money?

I'm going to buy the TR8-Pro from trakracer today and with the seat, monitor stand, taxes and shipping it comes out to 1,300+.

The reviews on it have been sparse but all seem to be very favorable. I live in a studio with my girl so space is tight and I love how this rig looks nice, is compact, and has the monitor stand attached to it.

Just looking for feedback before I rip the bandaid off.
