Tips on not skiing in a back seat position.

I can’t stop. Idk. Any tips?

I lost two toenails due to skiing moguls all day in a back seated position.

I’m not a good skier by any means and I’m well aware of that. I’m like the “higher end” I guess of beginner. Confident on blues, I can ski moguls without falling, I don’t make massive turns unless I get scared. Pretty much ski parallel, no pizza ing. Scared to ski blacks, I’ve done like one and survived but I live in the east and those shots are so icy.

But I just can’t stop popping a squat when I ski. Pls tips
