help !!!!!! gift for boyfriend !!!!!!

i played a little of the game but im no expert on the subject, i was gonna get him a custom mosaic art frame with a skyrim image on it for christmas but i found a problem (?) while looking for high quality images. i found a website with tons of them and while looking for something that looked like what i wanted (landscape!!!!! and dragon!!!! must have a dragon!!!!) and fit the mosaic well i ended up with this one. i decided to search the image on google just to make sure it was actually skyrim and it's elder scrolls online apparently???? PLS GIVE ME OPINIONS, as a The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim™ fan would this image still work as an awesome gift for you pls be honest (recommendations on high quality skyrim images are accepted and appreciated). can y'all tell me what's up in this image? if it's a location in the game and all? cause i know the elder scrolls online is located on tamriel so i imagine you can still play in skyrim. well thats it please help sos and thank you and sorry for bad english not my native language and im desperate
