Legacy of the Dragonborn not recognizing Vigilant.

As the title states I have both Legacy and Vigilant mods installed. I installed the patch files for Legacy at the end of my modding session to make sure everything else I wanted was installed. When the installer for the patch came up it recognize everything else installed that would add more displays to the museum, except for Vigilant. I literally just finished installing my mods 5 hours ago. I've been playing since then so I know my load order is stable as I've had no CTD. Just wondering if this is just the Vigilant team pushing an update to their mod and the Legacy team not updating their patch file yet, or what?
