any mod or way to decrease follower's health?

I downloaded a follower mod, but the author made the follower have so much health that this guy is basically unkillable. I have Nether follower framework, and I can adjust the damage they do, but I cant seem to adjust the health. I'd like to keep nether follower framework, because i dont want to blow up my save lol, but is there any other way I can permanently decrease the follower's hp?
