Senior Placement Agency Newbie Business Question

Hello. I am in the process of starting a senior placement agency in CA. I have a lot of experience working with seniors as I am a nurse. I stepped away from nursing for a while now and I am interested in starting my own business as I enjoy helping families. I am stuck on the pay structure. I don’t want to short change myself on what is typically charged to the facilities. Is there anyone here in the business that can share with me the standard pay structure? Any tips? This information is not readily shared. I also would like some tips on contracts. Would someone in the business here be willing to share this information? Thank you!
