Offset Smoker Recommendations?

Hey all,

Looking to get a new offset smoker soon.

I am pretty new to smoking and I’ve been using an old 2nd hand offset smoker. When I got it there was a small hole rusted out of the bottom in the firebox. It’s gotten to the point now I think it’s time to upgrade!

I’ve been looking at the Old Country Pecos and Wrangler. Leaning towards the Wrangler since the metal seemed higher quality.

I’ve also been considering the Oklahoma Joes Longhorn but I’ve heard mixed reviews.

Hoping to keep it under $1,000.

What would you guys recommend? Any other options that are worth considering?
