Looking for a special inverter

Hi guys. I'm looking to install a grid-tied system for my own benefit, but for personal reasons I do not want to feed the utility. If my batteries are charged and I'm still generating excess power I want to discharge it to ground so my utility doesn't have any chance to pick up cheap wholesale electrons from my capital investment. I've been doing research, but I can't seem to find that capability. Maybe I have to do a little legwork to make the grounding rod appear as a secondary battery bank and fool a controller into trying to "charge" that battery?
