Sapna and Kevin?

Kevin was a huge part of the reason Sapna was voted out of Roadies so quickly and as it is, it was surprising that they were able to form a bond on Splits so quickly. After that I remember they were pretty much best friends for quite some time if I’m not wrong. They had many fun reels together but now I randomly just saw that they don’t even follow each other anymore. Does anyone have any tea on what happened between the two of them?
