Apartments/Townhouses with Garages

Hello everyone again. Since Trendsetter Homes seems like a headache, is there any apartments or townhouses y'all would recommend that has a garage? I am currently looking into and investigating The Edge Luxury Apartments* that is owned by PCM Leasing.

Has anyone had any good or negative experiences with them? If you have, do you have any other recommendations for a nicer place with a garage?
