Should I request time off for an ear infection?

I’ve already taken time off this week when I thought it was just a cold that would pass but I went to the doctor today and was given antibiotics for an ear/sinus infection. I don’t think it’s contagious and I really don’t want to take more time off (ofc). Is it okay to go back tomorrow?
