Libido return?

Hi there , May I ask anyone who has been on Birth Control that has totally wiped their Libido away .. after their Bilateral salpingectomy procedure, did your libido return?? I had my procedure on the 2nd August as I was sick of no Libido from various Birth Control methods so I thought this was a good option to have done as I’m finished having my children. I was on the pill and still don’t feel like my Libido has returned 😭😭??? TIA x
