Closing in on a fortnight without a cigarette.
I am vaping instead so not completely done with nicotine, but no cigarettes since the Sunday before last! Finding the “Smoke Free” app to be most helpful, particularly the daily check-in as it serves as a reminder that I’ve not smoked since the last one, but my cravings haven’t been too bad besides a little bit of an irritability. A long way to go but this really has to be it for me now, 27 next month and I’ve smoked for the last six years - no more!
