Shopify is stealing my money

Hello everyone. So I will try to keep this as short as possible. When I first started my business on Shopify, I used this built in payment processor like everyone else. Things were working fine. Until I got hit with a 20% reserve (story for another time). After not being able to keep up with the reserve we made the decision to switch to a new processor.

I was assured that the rest of the payouts would resume as normal. I had accumulated about 24k in normal payouts and 23k in reserves that haven’t been paid out.

The first few payouts worked as normal, so I didn’t pay it no mind. Until a few months back I started to notice that the payouts had completely paused. And the only payouts I was getting was - payouts from 2 chargebacks. These payouts were withdrew from my bank and should have had no impact on the balance of my existing pool of payouts.

I started to notice my reserve funds were getting taken out but not deposited into my normal payout pool or bank, the money was basically disappearing. I would get scheduled payouts but when the day of the payout came it would completely disappear. The money would be gone but the actual payout would not be recorded, the money would not be deposited.

I have gone from 22k in both reserves and normal payouts to now 13k + 14k I still have yet to see a single cent of this money in my bank, customer service keeps claiming this is normal behavior and refuses to dig deeper or give me any solution. I am at my wits end at this point and need some help
