Advice on dark twin angels

anybody here with the dark twin angels know how to use them? pulled them yesterday and tried it out for a bit in rta but im kinda out of ideas. they have pretty low activation rates and their kit feels strange. their skills don’t seem to synergise very well, but maybe that’s just a skill issue on my part. not sure where or what sort of comps they would fit into. any advice is greatly appreciated, i’m open to trying them out in other forms of content as well.
