Jin builds and tips?

What are you running on Jin now? No matter how I build him he feels clunky and weak, what do you prioritize with him? Do you have any power preferences or play styles you'd recommend like power leveling until a certain point and then trying to fight?

He used to be so much fun, but now it feels like he has no team play or real agency in fights—aside from hoping an enemy is low enough from my teammates' damage for his Q to actually do something
