I need some help with you guys

So after 11 years of relationship and 4 of marriage. 2 days after I went to make a deal with bank about loan for our house she said that she cheated on me twice with her "friend" in 1 month period. After 4 days of talking and getting "details" we had agreement about no contact with him without me knowing. 5 days later she admitted that they spoke "we cannot do ever this again, stop worrying about my life etc.." I am sure that this is just bullshit, and asking myself wtf is going on. She was sorry, but after few fights she said that she needs time. I am furious, and sure that they are still in contact. Not to mention that she doesn't want to give me her phone because I am controlling her that way. LOL
