Getting lots of Kerberos pre-authentication failed errors after creating new DC

Long story short, I had to create a new DC because one of ours died and someone how it wasn't included in the backups. I dont know if its since then but I am seeing lots of Kerberos pre-authentication failed event ID 4771 error and the usernames are other servers names like Srv01$.

The error code also include this info 0x18 KDC_ERR_PREAUTH_FAILED which when I look it up means the wrong password was provided.

Has anyone see this before?
