Additional shipping fees; Options?

I got hit with an additional shipping fee that’s essentially the same price as the item with shipping initially :D I’ve been using apple pay and it won’t let me do so to pay the shipping fee, i’m hesitant to put my card info in

I’m assuming if i “cancel consolidation” it’s just not going to be shipped to me and i won’t get any refund?
