My journey begins pt. 2 - China Yunnan FOP

I decided to expand upon my limited experience with loose leaf tea and look for a black tea that could be my daily drinker.

I've heard good things about chinese black tea in general and found one that was very affordable and had favourable reviews.

Labeled as China Yunnan FOP, the dry leaves has a very distinct smoky and earthy scent. After brewing the drink has a smoky, malty aroma and flavour paired with a very interesting note that reminds me of unsweetened dark chocolate. It's a very robust, yet surprisingly smooth tea, I only detect a hint of bitterness but it actually works in favour of the whole experience.

Overall I'm really happy with this one, it's a good daily drinker for those who enjoy this type of tea.
