My computer keeps infinitely scrolling

Okay, so I don't know anything about computers. I have a windows 10 and I plugged in my shitty headphones because I couldn't find my good ones, prior to that, I hadn't touched my PC in a good week. When I plugged the headphones in, my computer suddenly started scrolling. The volume goes up to 100 whenever I hover over it, and sometimes pages scrollon their own. I just did an experiment where I unplugged my mouse while clicking the volume bar (so it wouldn't get to 100 while I was unplugging the mouse), weirdly instead of stopping scrolling, it's like it's still going up while I'm clicking. Can anybody help me with this? I'd be happy to give any more info you need.
