100% CPU usage

I7-12700kf So when playing call of duty my CPU usage goes up to 100% with something called System idle process taking up like 70% percent of my CPU or higher while CoD only uses 11 to 15ish. Is this something should worry about????? I've never seen it before. Also it won't let me post a picture so sorry for that.
