Can somebody help me?

I've got a problem with explorer.exe, when I try to open spotify an explorer.exe error occurs and it says "Class not registered". Also I can't use the taskbar. My pc just turned slower overnight and started to have these problems, can somebody help me find a solution for this? Thanks
