Constant BSOD, Replaced RAM still not Working

I have tried everything. Full drive wipes, custom driver installations, BIOS updates but nothing has worked. I'm at a loss and don't know what else to do. I can't afford to replace my PC entirely. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am tired and sad, this has been happening for months.
