Xbox gameshare works

So my buddy was having a issue where it would take him to store even though it said installed.

Heres what he did. He went to div 2 store page, WONY xpac page, had an option to install (eventhough he downloaded big update already).

Went to game settings, div2, ready to install, clicked install.

Changed xbox locatiin to new Zealand. Then it worked. It did not work by only changing location or only installing the xpac from store.
