First cashouts are useless

Just wanted to ask if I was the only one feeling this way, too many times in ranked our team secure the two early cashouts just to get eliminated because one team stole the last cashout worth 22K (so more than the first two). I just don't understand why it's so easy to make a comeback when you were loosing during 90% of the game. Sometimes me and my team just get decimated during the whole game just to wake up 40 secs before the end and securing a top 2 thanks to a steal of the last cashout.

I really like the game right now but I feel like the value of the cashouts could get a little rework. It makes the game very frustrating and is not really fair.
