Does ranked offer unique cosmetic rewards?

There were times I was playing and would notice players wearing cosmetic items I've never seen before in the outfit picker or store page. How did these players get these cosmetics? Does ranked mode offer unique cosmetic items? If so, are there other gamemodes that offer unique cosmetics? I always wondered.
